Books and publications : Trade ordering information, direct imprint titles

Legitimate trade orders (i.e. items purchased by a retailer for resale and not for internal use) can be placed directly with us, subject to the following terms:
- Payment for initial orders to be made in advance via PayPal / credit card unless account agreements are in place.
- Books are returnable but not strippable. A restocking fee is applied to any returns. We reserve the right to refuse any returns which are damaged or otherwise unsuitable for resale.
- Shipping charges apply and orders will only be delivered to a confirmed address.
- The recipient is responsible for any duty or tax on shipments to addresses outside the UK.
- Cover branding is not available for resale stock.
Discounts are available of up to 40% off list price, subject to order quantity and account activity. To place a trade order, contact us with your business details, quantities required and your shipping address, and we will respond with quotes and payment information. Trackable shipments are available on request. All orders are despatched from stock - we will notify you should there be any delay in shipping. We will only supply at trade terms to companies verified as booksellers or retailers of equipment related to the subject title of the books in question.
Bulk non-retail orders
Customers wishing to purchase more than 25 copies for internal use (i.e. not for resale) may also qualify for discount - please contact us with details of your order, if it is to include branded covers, and the delivery address and we will respond with quotes and a pro-forma if requested. Payment terms are subject to the nature of your organisation and may be required in advance.
