Books : Bulk and trade ordering
Retail customers wishing to buy a few copies for their own personal or business use should purchase from Amazon.
All titles in our current range of books are exempt from EU GPSR under Article 51.
Trade orders via the industry network
Whenever possible all trade orders (for retail sale) of our ProGuide and TSH series books should be placed through your existing wholesale channel using the ISBN number.
Direct trade orders
Retailers can order ProGuide titles direct from UVSAR for resale, but please note:
- Minimum order quantity for ProGuides is 2 books for UK customers and 8 books for non-UK customers.
- Cover branding is not available on resale items.
- Our books are not strippable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and refund credit will only be given for products in resellable condition.
- Shipping to customers outside of the UK is always via DDP "duty and taxes paid". This means there is a customs charge and destination VAT added to your order along with the shipping cost, and it can make smaller orders uneconomical. We suggest a minimum viable quantity of 8 for EU/EEA and 16 for rest-of-world.
- New customers may be required to pay in advance. Credit account terms are subject to status and prompt payment history.

Bulk non-retail orders (rescue teams, public sector, etc)
Customers wishing to purchase at least 12 copies for their own use should contact us with details of what you require, if books are to include branded covers (ProGuide only, fee applies), and the delivery/finance address.
We reserve the right to decline orders where delivery destinations and order sizes are not appropriate. We do not ship to destinations covered by international sanctions.
