An explanation of our corporate policy regarding the use of AI-generated content
UVSAR strictly forbids the use of content generated by "artificial intelligence" - large language models or LLMs - in any of our products and services. Full details are included in all our client contract terms and conditions, but here is a summary:
- We do not allow LLM-generated text or images in any of our books or training materials, no matter where they are sourced from.
- We do not permit LLM "agents" to interact with our subscription platforms or APIs.
- We do not permit the use of LLMs to analyze or summarize data within our company, or any data being processed on behalf of a client.
We take this position due to the unreliable nature of LLM-generated content and the legal uncertainty over copyright in both the generated output and the training data used by these models.
