Blog: Book sales to the EU suspended
We can no longer ship books to customers in the European Union, due to the EU Packaging and Waste Regulation (PPWR).
From August 2026 all products "imported" into the EU must comply with the Packaging and Waste Regulation, which requires extremely detailed conformity and laboratory testing certificates for every item of packaging, from a cardboard box to a postage label, and that the manufacturer pay registration fees in each EU Member State they might be shipping a parcel to. For a UK business this costs thousands of Euros every year, per Member State. Attempting to ship a non-compliant package to the EU can result in substantial fines. We have therefore suspended all EU shipments of physical products, without exception.
Amazon EU sales are continuing at the moment, but we have no way to arrange custom-branded or trade orders through that channel.
